Customers are solely responsible for selecting appropriate products for their intended use and for ensuring proper installation, handling, and operation in accordance with all manufacturer instructions, safety guidelines, and best practices. Prairie Quilt shall not be held responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, modification, or unauthorized repair of any product.
Product Liability
While the Company endeavors to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and representations are accurate and complete, it does not guarantee that such content is free from errors or omissions. Due to the inherent limitations of digital displays, photography, and individual device settings, the colors of fabrics and other materials as depicted on the website or in printed promotional materials may not exactly match the actual products. Purchasing Terms
1. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order through this website or at any point of sale operated by the Company the purchaser represents and warrants that they are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, and that they have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Orders placed by minors must be reviewed and authorized by a parent or legal guardian.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once processing has begun. Custom or made-to-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has commenced.
Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that the items are unused, unwashed, uncut (in the case of fabric), and in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required. Returns or exchanges requested outside of this window may be denied at the Company’s sole discretion.
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

? Gift cards
? Digital patterns or downloads
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@prairiequilt.com with your order number and reason for the return. Approved returns must be shipped back to the Company at the customer's expense, unless the return is due to a verified defect or error on our part. The Company is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return.
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for replacement or return at our expense. Photographic evidence may be required for claims.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prairie Quilt Company LLC d/b/a Prairie Quilt and Craft, its directors, shareholders, employees, representatives, agents, subsidiaries, assignors, and licensors from and against any lawsuits, disputes, claims, proceedings, demands, costs, or expenses related to or stemming from any use of the Site or your breach of these Terms and any other policies incorporated into this agreement.
Choice of Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of the Site are governed by and construed according to the law of the state of Oklahoma. Each party agrees to submit to the courts of the state of Oklahoma and that the state of Oklahoma has personal jurisdiction over the matter.
Dispute Resolution
We believe that it is beneficial to all parties to quickly resolve any potential disputes as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. In line with this belief, you agree that any disputes arising from your use of the Site will be handled and resolved according to the provisions of these Terms, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
